Everyone is so nice and I love the property and the community in it!! It’s easy and very fun to live here at 509 W Trade. It’s so nice to start each day with the awesome barista. The manage couldn’t be nicer!!

Great place to live, location is great and the inside of the apartments reflect the outside, they look really good in the inside . The events are good also, wine down Wednesday are great and food trucks are consistent.

So far so good. My apartment finishes are very nice. When I first arrived, there were some things that needed to be fixed, but these were taken care of very quickly. The resident events are very nice. I love using the sauna and steam rooms. Parking garage sometimes has issues. Overall, great experience.

I love living at 500 west trade! The amenity offerings are great and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The barista bar is the BEST and our barista Bianca is always so happy in the mornings and makes amazing drinks!

Great location and staff! Kyla has been great to work with and makes it easy to handle any and everything. I would highly recommend 500 west trade to those who are interested in staying uptown.

Great community all around. Besides the living spaces which rival the other luxury apartments in uptown, the property management staff go out of their way to make sure there are great events and activities. My only gripe would be that I wish the ButterflyMX system allowed visitors up to the unit; but on a positive note - that keeps the building extra safe.

Great location - walking distance to light rail, all sports, and many restaurants and bars. Beautiful units and great amenities including a roof top jacuzzi and a sauna.

Unreal place to live the rooftub hottub is so cool and so is the sauana and the steam room. I would recommend to anyone looking for a very nice place to live.
